Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of LJ ("Company") and members, and other necessary matters regarding use of the Rabbitfree platform ("Platform") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Notices Regarding Generative Artificial Intelligence)

① The Platform provided by the Company includes generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology. ② AI generates responses probabilistically based on training data; the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, legality, or neutrality of AI outputs. ③ Due to technical limitations, AI may generate inaccurate or harmful content. ④ Members shall use AI outputs as reference only and shall not treat them as the sole basis for professional judgment. Decisions in specialized domains such as law, medicine, finance, or safety must be made with advice from qualified professionals in those fields. ⑤ Members warrant that knowledge materials they upload do not infringe third-party rights and do not violate applicable laws. Legal liability arising from use of AI outputs belongs in principle to the member who used those outputs; the Company is not liable for damages from AI outputs absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. ⑥ When a user shares outputs generated on the Platform (text, images, etc.) outside the Platform, the user must clearly disclose that the output was generated by AI. Distorting AI-generated results contrary to fact, or providing them to third parties without disclosing that they are AI-generated, is prohibited.

Article 3 (Definitions)

Terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.

1. "Company" means LJ. 2. "Platform" means all online services provided by the Company, including uploading knowledge materials, searching, researching, and using knowledge materials via AI, AI chat, and token top-up and use. 3. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company. 4. "Knowledge materials" means text-based knowledge document files (PDF, TXT, DOCX, etc.) uploaded by a member to the Platform and used to generate AI responses so that other members may search, investigate, or research those materials via AI. 5. "Token" means a digital usage credit that a member purchases and tops up in advance as consideration for Platform AI use, and that is not exchangeable for cash or goods. 6. "Content" means all results created or posted by a member on the Platform or generated by AI.

Article 4 (Publication, Effect, and Amendment of the Terms)

① The Company posts these Terms on the Platform's initial screen or a linked screen so that members can review them. ② These Terms take effect when a member agrees to them and completes registration under the Company's procedures. ③ The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not prohibited by applicable law. ④ When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons for amendment starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before if the change is unfavorable to members). Important unfavorable changes may also be notified individually. ⑤ A member who does not agree to amended Terms may terminate the service agreement. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date without a separate objection is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 5 (Formation of Agreement and Member Information)

① The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process set by the Company. ② Children under 14 may register only with consent of a legal representative. ③ Members must provide accurate information at registration and must promptly update or notify the Company of any changes. ④ In principle, one person may hold one account; sharing, transferring, lending, or selling an account is prohibited. ⑤ If false information is provided or another person's information is used for registration, the Company may terminate the agreement or restrict use.

Bypassing AI safety measures via prompt injection, jailbreak, or similar means to generate harmful, illegal, or biased outputs 6. Falsely or exaggeratedly describing knowledge materials or metadata 7. Self-payment and self-use, manipulating usage with bots or macros, or abusing the token system or promotions/events operated by the Company 8. Disrupting normal platform operation through excessive requests, reverse engineering, hacking, or misuse of automation tools 9. Article 8 (Platform Provision and Knowledge Material Upload)

① The Company aims to provide the Platform 24 hours a day, year-round, but may temporarily suspend all or part of the Platform for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, outages, or outages of external AI providers. ② By uploading knowledge materials, a member is deemed to agree that: 1. The member lawfully holds rights in the materials and warrants they do not infringe third-party rights 2. The Company may use the materials within the license under Article 12 for platform operation, AI response generation, training, fine-tuning, development, and improvement of AI and machine-learning models, safety management, quality improvement, and licensing, data-pack provision, or sale to third parties 3. The Platform may transmit the materials to external AI services for use as the basis for AI response generation ③ The Company may apply fair-use policies and may restrict use without prior notice if abnormal or malicious use such as excessive requests, account sharing, or bot use is confirmed.

Article 9 (Promotions and Events)

① The Company may operate marketing-oriented programs such as promotions, events, and rewards to encourage service use. ② Promotions are not fixed revenue sharing or employment or service consideration. The Company does not guarantee whether, how much, or when amounts will be paid. The Company may change or end a Promotion after prior notice for budget or operational reasons. ③ Detailed rules on eligibility, progress calculation, payout units and requests, limitation of requests to the operating period, and forfeiture at period end are set out in the Reward Promotion Notice.

Article 10 (Purchase and Use of Tokens)

① Tokens are digital usage credits that members purchase and top up in advance to use Platform AI services. They are not exchangeable for cash, goods, or other property value, and cannot be withdrawn, converted, or cashed out outside the Platform. ② Members may purchase and top up tokens through payment methods designated by the Company; after payment is completed, tokens are credited to the account in the manner set by the Company. ③ Tokens are deducted as Platform AI usage fees. Specific fees follow Company notices on the Platform and may change with prior notice. Tokens are not deducted for non-billable outcomes designated by the Company. ④ Tokens may not be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise moved between members. ⑤ Withdrawal of subscription (cooling-off) for tokens may be limited under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and other applicable laws. Refunds are governed by Article 18. ⑥ Tokens are not virtual assets; they function as closed internal usage credits used only for Platform AI services.

Article 11 (Member Responsibility for AI Use)

① Members shall not use the Platform maliciously or intentionally generate or induce biased, discriminatory, harmful, or illegal AI outputs. ② When publishing AI outputs externally or providing them to third parties, members must verify in advance that the outputs do not violate law or infringe third-party rights. ③ Disputes with third parties and legal liability arising from use of AI outputs belong in principle to the relevant member; the Company is not liable absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. ④ Use of prompts entered by members, knowledge materials uploaded, and AI outputs is governed by Article 12. ⑤ Members shall not use Platform AI services as the sole basis for decisions in areas that materially affect life, physical safety, or fundamental rights (e.g., hiring, loan underwriting, medicine, criminal investigation). All legal liability arising from a violation rests with the member.

Article 12 (Ownership of Content and License)

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in knowledge materials uploaded by a member and related descriptions, metadata, thumbnails, etc. belong in principle to that member. ② The member grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license. This license includes the rights to reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and store the knowledge materials, and to use them for platform provision, operation, and improvement, as the basis for AI response generation, for training, fine-tuning, development, and improvement of AI and machine-learning models, safety management, quality improvement, promotion, and licensing, data-pack provision, or sale to third parties (including other AI companies and research institutions), and any other purpose the Company reasonably deems necessary. ③ The license in the preceding paragraph survives after the member deletes the knowledge materials or the service agreement ends. However, personal information requirements under applicable law shall apply where required. ④ Rights in AI-generated response outputs follow applicable law and agreements between the parties; the Company may use them within the scope of platform operation, improvement, promotion, and AI model training. ⑤ If the Company operates a Promotion related to uploaded knowledge materials, the conditions follow Article 9 and separate notices. ⑥ Members warrant that all content they upload or create does not infringe third-party rights, and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless for damages suffered by the Company due to infringement.

Article 13 (Content Management, Use Restrictions, and Objections)

① If the Company becomes aware of or receives a report of illegal or harmful content or content that violates these Terms or the Operating Policy (knowledge materials, descriptions, thumbnails, AI outputs, etc.), the Company may review it and take necessary measures. Serious violation: delete content; restrict promotion participation or payouts 4. Severe violation (sexual exploitation of minors, unauthorized deepfakes, large-scale copyright infringement, token/promotion manipulation, etc.): permanent account suspension and clawback of related payouts ④ When imposing sanctions, the Company notifies the member of the reason, related provisions, and measure taken. ⑤ A member may file an objection by the Company's designated method within 7 days of notice; the Company notifies the review result within a reasonable period. ⑥ For knowledge materials, prior notice before deletion is the principle except in cases of clearly illegal or malicious conduct.

Article 14 (Restriction/Suspension of Platform Use and Termination)

① The Company may restrict or suspend provision of all or part of the Platform for reasonable causes under the Telecommunications Business Act, power outages, facility maintenance, traffic surges, natural disasters, outages of external AI providers, or business needs. ② If a member violates these Terms or the Operating Policy, or for legitimate reasons such as false registration, infringement of others' rights, manipulation of economic systems, or violation of AI use rules, the Company may restrict or suspend use or terminate the agreement after prior notice. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterward. ③ If the service agreement is terminated or membership is lost, handling of unused tokens and unpaid or undrawn promotion-related amounts follows applicable law and Company policies and notices. ④ Even if a member deletes an account (withdraws) or the agreement is terminated, member data is retained for 2 years from the deletion date and then permanently destroyed.

Article 15 (Disclaimer and Damages)

① The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of AI outputs and is not liable for damages arising from decisions or acts based on reliance on AI outputs, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. ② The Company is not, in principle, liable to mediate or compensate for disputes between members or between a member and a third party. ③ To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for platform interruption, outage, or data loss caused by natural disasters, external service failures, or the member's fault, where there is no willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. ④ If a member causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms, the member shall compensate the Company and hold it harmless.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① Interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. ② Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and members in connection with Platform use shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act; the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Article 17 (Miscellaneous)

① Matters not set out in these Terms follow the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and other applicable laws and commercial customs. ② The Company may separately establish and announce individual notices and policies on token fees, promotions/events (Reward Promotion Notice), fair use, etc., which may form part of these Terms to the extent they do not conflict with these Terms. ③ If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Article 18 (Refunds and Withdrawal of Subscription)

① This Article applies to refunds and repayments related to paid transactions such as token purchases, payment errors, platform outages, and chargebacks. Promotion-related payouts follow Article 9 and the Reward Promotion Notice. ② Tokens are digital usage credits credited to the member's account immediately upon purchase; tokens already used are not refundable. ③ A member may request withdrawal of subscription (full refund) only if none of the tokens from that payment have been used within 7 days of the payment date. ④ Withdrawal of subscription and refunds are limited in any of the following cases: 1. Tokens have been used one or more times for AI chat/inference, so use of digital content has begun 2. Tokens granted free of charge through promotions or events 3. The Company has restricted use for legitimate reasons such as violation of these Terms or the Operating Policy, fraudulent payment or chargeback, or account theft or sharing 4. More than 7 days have passed since the payment date ⑤ Partial (pro-rata) refunds of unused balances after partial use are not provided. Full refunds per payment are applied for foreign exchange, payment, and funds-transfer compliance and anti-money-laundering reasons. ⑥ If core Platform AI use is unavailable for 24 hours or more due to the Company's fault, the Company may handle compensation by methods other than cash refund, such as token credits. For double charges, overpayments, or other errors confirmed by the Company, the full amount of the relevant payment is refunded. ⑦ Refund requests must be submitted via support@rabbitfree.com or in-platform support with payment information and reasons; the Company will respond within 3–7 business days after receipt. Refunds are processed in principle to the original payment method. ⑧ If a member initiates a chargeback through a payment processor, tokens and usage history linked to that payment may be suspended or recovered, and related promotion payouts may be adjusted. ⑨ When this Article is changed, the Company will announce the change starting 7 days before the effective date; for payments made before the change, the policy at the time of payment or the terms more favorable to the member up to the change date will apply.
